Diabetic Supplies Program

The Diabetic Supplies Program is administered by Magellan Medicaid Administration, Inc. (MMA), part of the Magellan Rx Management division of Magellan Health, Inc. Established in 2008, the Diabetic Supplies Program includes ten states and covers more than 10 million lives. Like other rebate contracting programs, this program brings exceptional value and significant savings to the Participating states.

We contract with all major manufacturers of diabetic supplies, including meters and strips, continuous glucose monitors, and disposable insulin pumps. Savings opportunities for additional classes are evaluated constantly and have led to adding classes beyond diabetic supplies such as spacers and peak-flow meters. The following states participate in the Diabetic Supplies Program:
